She has served on St James and St Paul’s Primary schools governing bodies and actively supported the Wellies Quarry Park play area project and is delighted work will commence on 16th May. Marcelle has also been active in attending and raising funds for the popular coffee morning at the United Reform Church .
She is a member of NTAG (North Tupsley Action Group) and along with local residents has campaigned for the past 4 years to transfer the Whitehouse pub Whittern Way into a Community Centre . Negotiations are almost complete and with your support Marcelle can see this project through and continue to work on behalf of Tupsley residents; making sure they are well represented on Herefordshire Council.
Lastly as a keen horsewomen and as Mayor of Hereford she raised £25,000 for Riding for the Disabled and has continued to serve them, initially as a Trustee and now as Chairman.
